rGrade being within a formal agreement with the
institution, contact your local rGrade representative for
policies pertaining to the use of rGrade.

Policy
Please do not submit any original or creative ideas in the
Help Ticket system for which you expect compensation or
copyright. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid
potential misunderstandings or disputes when future
versions of rGrade contain ideas that seem similar to ideas
submitted by users via the Help Desk. If, despite our
request that you not send us your ideas, you still send
them, then the following terms shall apply to your idea
submission: You agree that: (1) your ideas will
automatically become the property of copyright holders of
rGrade and/or its licensees, without compensation to you,
and (2) the copyright holders of rGrade and/or its
licensees can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way.
